DIY Exfoliating for Skin Polishing

Exfoliating is an important step in your skin care routine and its not just your face but also your body needs that extra care. So once a week treat your body with a homemade body scrub for a soft, polished skin.

Body Polish Scrub

To make your own natural body polish, you will need:

* 2 cups Brown sugar/ coffee grounds/ sea salt or oatmeal.
* 1/4 cup Honey
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* Any essential oil (optional) Guide on Essential Oil

  • Mix any one of the natural scrubs with honey, olive oil and few drops of essential oil in a bowl.
  • Massage gently, polishing away dull skin cells. Rinse well and pat dry. Use caution as the oils can make shower and bath surfaces slippery.
NOTE :

Body polish treatment helps to gently exfoliate the skin giving it a youthful glow while honey and olive oil helps to moisturize and condition your skin making it soft and smooth.

One your done polishing the skin then try a massage to increase circulation, detoxify the skin for a softer, smoother and radiant skin.
